Each ASI Engineering Service Representative is carefully selected for experience based knowledge of power switching & controls. When hired, each person meets with our training staff to develop a custom course schedule in concert with their experience and desired career path. Each quarter our training & management staff meets to discuss each employee, the state of their skill set, status of their training and performance. This audit in turn helps our training staff set course priorities for the next 12 months.

All ASI Engineering Service Representatives are equipped with fully stocked service vans. These vehicles stay with the employee 24 x 7. When the call comes in the middle of the night, ASI people are ready to roll directly from home to your facility.
